George Forrest is the baddy everyone loves to hate in book 1 of the series but in later books you'll find he has a twin! He's the same generation as Sir Richard. He often has replaced George as a member of 'The Order' and can get away with it because his existence is a secret. The difference between the two Forrests is that Gregory Forrest is really clever - still evil though. As a person he's still not nice to know since although he doesn't have a violent temper and a short fuse he's good at faking them. Morals? He doesn't appear to have any. Manners? He's too rich to care. He will swear and will shout when needed, he can be violent too. Above all he doesn't fear the consequences of his actions since he also has found that enough money will always clean up the mess.
Unlike his brother George, he will use reason, appeal for help, offer incentives and praise success but also inspires fear to ensure compliance. He tries to come over as being dumb but doesn't always succeed since behind the facade he has a keen intellect and is the real power of Forrest in The Order.
Greg Forrest fears little and is keen to replace his brother openly in the Order. By choice he wouldn't smoke the awful cigars George's employees hate but he smokes them to keep up the front.
George Forrest dies in the first book - or does he? Maybe he can live again and the one thing worse than a Forrest in the Order is two of them.
